It’s Wow!. The Invisible Helmet

image: Hovding

Today I read a journal on the internet reveals a new discovery. Inventions that are valuable to the cyclists. For those who love cycling but still want to look stylish and still give priority to safety, then here's the answer "The Invisible Helmet".

I say "Wow". Yes because most people are cycling, especially cycling to go to the office more emphasis on the appearance of safety. They want to remain visible on the other stylists but not attention to road safety. So thanks to the discovery of these people do not have to worry about cycling safety in terms of style as well.

This idea came from Anna Haupt and Terese Alstin who is studying industrial design at the University of Lund, in 2005 as part of the Masters' thesis them.

The Hövding (invisible helmet) is actually an air bag, which uses a helium gas cylinder to inflate when its sensors detect a sudden jolt.

The helmets are also CE labelled, which means they comply with EU safety standards and have undergone a variety of safety tests.

Good Posture for Your Health Back

Have you ever felt the back pain due to sitting too long ? Or may feel that you are correct sitting position , but still feel uncomfortable ? Yes , sometimes we feel overwhelmed by little things like how we are supposed to be seated position . But it turns out that we are wrong in our sitting is bad for health .

Recently researchers have discovered how a good sitting position . It turned the habit of sitting up straight is not good for your back . This position produces unnecessary stress at some point , thus causing changes in spine shape ( deformities ) .

The researchers say , is the best sitting position recline 135 degrees . Results were expressed by experts from Scotland and Canada after doing research using a modified magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI ) . Research results and recommendations are presented to the Radiological Society of North America .

Researchers then measure how much the spine to bend . Researchers also measured the height and the vertebrae shift in different sitting positions . Vertebrae shift occurs when no load is placed on the spine . This resulted vertebrae out of the arrangement .

Shift is most prevalent in the 90 -degree sitting position . While the shift occurs at least 135 degrees sitting position . This indicates that the burden placed on fewer vertebrae . This position is also related to the muscles and tendons in a more relaxed state .

Bent in a sitting position , a reduction in the load on the upper vertebra . But this position is bad for the bottom two vertebra .

Wow , all this time I minded that the upright seating position was good for our health and the backbone , I was wrong . That's why lately I feel comfortable in a sitting position . Looks like I have to start to change the habit of sitting and telling my friends that feel the same way . What about you ?

What can make a Successful Photography Website?

I love photography and I love to read articles about photography also see pictures from the photographer. So far, I rarely find a Photography website that has a good rating internet pages. I think maybe the reason is because photography is still little demand.

But after reading an article about photograpy on an internet page that is "Light Stalking", I think "there's something in these people are saying". His name is Jason Little, a photographer. In his article he says there are 6 feature that can make a successful photography website.

And this is his 6th feature:
1. Responsiveness. Slow, unresponsive websites are the worst. Nobody wants to navigate to a website and suddenly feel like they’ve time travelled back to 1993 where they’re using a AOL and a dial up modem. Make sure whatever service/host/template you are using provides for a smooth, snappy experience. Don’t let potential clients get away because browsing your site was a frustration beyond what they were willing to bear.
2. Mobile Version. It may not seem like something that would matter much at first, but mobile browsing is well on its way to overtaking desktop browsing. With that in mind, your website should be adaptable to mobile devices; without this feature, people using mobile browsers are not going to have an optimized, responsive interaction with your site.
3. SEO. Speaking of searching…search engine optimization (SEO) is a big deal if you want the Internet to know you even exist. There are quite a few factors that go into this, but it is essentially a way to enhance the visibility of your website via search engine indexing. (Grab our guide on the topic – The Mini Guide to SEO For Photographers)
 4. Image Security. People do steal, unfortunately; not just cars and purses, but online images too (a recent case of online image theft involved well known Indonesian photographer Hengki Koentjoro who had one of his images swiped, altered with an Instagram filter, and entered into a photo contest. The stolen image won). Be sure to take advantage of whatever protections are made available by your web host, which will typically be copyright notices/watermarks.
 5. Blog. This is how you stay engaged with your audience. Whether you’re selling images or not, it helps to maintain a slightly more personal side to your work. And it’s better to have the blog integrated within the website to create a nice little ecosystem.
6. Social Networking. Sharing is good. Think of all the things you’ve shared with others by clicking those Tweet buttons, Facebook “Like” buttons, Google + buttons; make sure your website allows for comprehensive social media integration. You may find that others are just as share-happy as you.

This, of course, isn’t the ultimate list of features; depending on what the goal of your website is, you might not need all the features listed here. Or you might need them all plus things like a store/shopping cart, private galleries, a newsletter subscription, and high resolution downloads. Take some time to figure out what you need, then do the hard part: make it happen.
