Yes , sometimes we feel overwhelmed by little things like how we are supposed to be seated position . But it turns out that we are wrong in our sitting is bad for health .

Recently researchers have discovered how a good sitting position . It turned the habit of sitting up straight is not good for your back . This position produces unnecessary stress at some point , thus causing changes in spine shape ( deformities ) .

The researchers say , is the best sitting position recline 135 degrees . Results were expressed by experts from Scotland and Canada after doing research using a modified magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI ) . Research results and recommendations are presented to the Radiological Society of North America .

Researchers then measure how much the spine to bend . Researchers also measured the height and the vertebrae shift in different sitting positions . Vertebrae shift occurs when no load is placed on the spine . This resulted vertebrae out of the arrangement .

Shift is most prevalent in the 90 -degree sitting position . While the shift occurs at least 135 degrees sitting position . This indicates that the burden placed on fewer vertebrae . This position is also related to the muscles and tendons in a more relaxed state .

Bent in a sitting position , a reduction in the load on the upper vertebra . But this position is bad for the bottom two vertebra .
